
Alejandro Vilariño is a finance professional with experience in financial analysis and advisory on financing and restructuring processes, having been involved in projects across companies from a wide range of sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked on business model analysis, financial modelling and supporting fundraising processes, as well as interacting with different stakeholders in the market.
He has also participated in financial consulting projects focused on optimizing capital structures and improving companies’ operational performance.
Prior to joining NORGESTION in 2026, he worked in the Transformation & Turnaround area at Crowe, where he was involved in debt restructuring and refinancing processes, as well as in the analysis of special situations. Previously, he was part of the International Expansion team at PULL&BEAR, where he gained experience in analysing the feasibility of new store openings, relocations and international expansion, and was involved in evaluating opportunities for business growth and development.
Alejandro holds a degree in Economics from the Universidade da Coruña and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, M&A & Private Equity from ISBIF Finance School.
