He has extensive experience advising on financing and financial restructuring processes for companies across various sectors and of all sizes, managing end-to-end processes—from business model analysis to negotiation and closing deals with the various types of lenders in the market. He has also participated in financial consulting projects focused on improving companies’ operational and financial performance.
Prior to joining NORGESTION, he worked in the Debt Advisory department at AKERTON PARTNERS, a company he joined in January 2012, and as a business manager at BBVA. During that time, he carried out numerous financing and restructuring processes, contributing his expertise in both growth and expansion operations as well as complex ad hoc situations.
In 2026, he joined NORGESTION’s Advisory and Interim Management team.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Carlos III University of Madrid (Class of 2009) and a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the National Distance Education University (UNED).
